

STEVE CHAPMAN
Steve began his career in London, England working for two general contractors as a Quantity Surveyor. In 1981 he relocated to New York, working for George A Fuller as a project manager at 175 Water Street, New York. This was a 400,000 square foot out of the ground project and a tenant fit out project for National Westminster Bank.
In 1984 he joined the renowned developer, Howard Ronson at HRO International as head of construction and property management. In his ten years at HRO he was involved in the development, construction, tenant fit out and property management of 126 East 56th Street, 45 Broadway, 55 Broadway, 30 Broad Street, 33 Whitehall Street, 32 Old Slip and 380 Madison Avenue, all in New York, as well as a development in Berlin, Germany. The portfolio totaled in excess of 4 million square feet.
In 1994, he founded Craven Corporation and Craven Management Corporation. This is unique in the industry, having both a project management and property management arm. Craven Corporation has represented owners and tenants in millions of square feet of construction, primarily in New York, but also in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Florida and California. The clientele is diverse and includes commercial, retail and residential representation. Many high-profile companies, such as American Express, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Tory Burch, to name a few, have looked to Craven in their relocation or renovation projects. Craven Management Corporation is a boutique property management company with a hands-on approach to the day to day management. Our clients include Northwood Investors and Madison Capital.
TONI ANNE DI MASO
Toni Anne has spent the last 26 years in the real estate industry. She joined Craven Corporation in 1996. As the controller for Craven Corporation, she has worked closely with all of our clients to customize project reporting tailored to the specific client needs. Along with her team, she is responsible for the day-to-day tracking of contract values, change orders, budget variances, construction requisitions, invoices, and lien waivers.
Toni Anne also spearheads the procurement process of the tenant allowance issued by the landlord. Each submittal package is generated as per the dates and requirements detailed in the lease. Previous clients have included public, private, institutional, and not-for-profit entities. Prior to joining Craven Corporation, Ms. Di Maso was a Senior Financial Manager for Cushman & Wakefield and her major account was Citibank. She is proficient with a variety of accounting software including Yardi, Skyline, and Timberline.
