Craven Corporation, as project manager will be responsible for coordinating with the Landlord and their team to ensure all of Gerson and Gerson’s standards and needs are met while limiting out of pocket expenses to a minimum. The design and construction scope of the 9th floor will consist of a new reception area, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, state of the art showrooms and IT server room.

The construction of their new space at 841 Broadway in New York City will consist of new bathrooms compliant with ADA guidelines, large pantry area, conference rooms, and infrastructure to accommodate the open plan.

LBi retained Craven Corporation for project management services for the relocation of their NY headquarters located on the Third and Fourth Floor of 11 West 19th Street. The new space is approximately 55,000 RSF and offers expansion space for their growing business. The scope of work will include executive offices, private offices, break out rooms, war rooms, and workstations for various departments. The floors will be connected by several signature staircases.



First Reserve Corporation, a leader in the private equity industry that specializes in acquiring energy infrastructure has recently retained Craven Corporation as their project manager for three interior office renovations located in Greenwich Connecticut. The interior renovations will commence immediately on a fast track basis and will incorporate a high-end design that will be consistent with First Reserve’s other offices located in London, England and Houston, Texas.



A global investment firm has recently hired Craven Corporation as Project Manager. This investment firm was established in 1981 to manage their countries foreign reserves. With a network of eight offices in key financial capitals around the world, they invests internationally in equities, fixed income, natural resource, treasury & currencies, real estate, private equity and infrastructure. This firm is preparing to undergo a Two (2) Phase project that will involve the reconfiguration of their existing office space in New York City. The construction scope includes complete interior fit-out that will consist of private offices, workstations, conference rooms, copy/file areas, and the re-design of an existing cafeteria. In addition, the existing Server Room and UPS room will require the design of a new gas fire suppression system.
